Itim finalist at Retail Week Awards
The entry, entitled "Reinventing Borders", detailed how the Itim/Borders team transformed the Borders (UK) Ltd business from a subsidiary of Borders Group Inc to a standalone business in under 12 months. The Retail Suite implementation enabled the business to start over, seamlessly continue trade and reinvent itself, making strategic cost savings over £3m and achieving a Return on Investment in under 3 months.
