September - Didos User Group
Our annual User Group for Invoice Matching customers again provided a valuable forum to discuss and feedback on Didos, as well as an opportunity to meet with other finance users over drinks and dinner. Adam Williams of The Cooperative Group again chaired the group, which this year including representatives from Borders, Henderson's, Musgrave, OneStop, Sainsbury, Travis Perkins, Play.com and WH Smith.

June - Retail Solutions
After sweeping the awards ceremony at last year's event, this year we unveiled our newly refreshed brand and web site, and the company's new maxim, Adding Retail Value. Also celebrating the recent launch of The Retail Suite, Itim's new fully integrated solution, and recently selected by Borders, the team explained and demonstrated how this rich suite of solutions, as well as other Itim products, add the value that today's retailers need in their operations. Once again we sponsored the bar but aptly renamed it "The Retail Suite" to highlight our new flagship product.

June - Itim Strategy & New Product Launches
Itim extended a welcome to both new and existing retail contacts to come hear about how we're adding value to some of the UK's largest retailers. In sessions run over 2 days, Itim unveiled The Retail Suite - the UK's first SaaS based end-to-end solution for retail, and Profimetrics - the advanced solution for managing and optimising price, promotions and markdowns in a multi-channel world. Each session was followed by a light buffet, networking and further discussion.

January - The Retail Business Show
Kicking the year into high gear, we were back at The Retail Business Show on the NCR Partner Pavilion. Hot topics included Store Mobility, Fraud Detection and Prevention, Merchandising, Planning, and Product Information Management. We shared our thoughts with visitors on the principles of adding value - the importance of applying technology correctly in raising the competitive game and the value that a responsive partnership adds in delivering results.
