Tradeledger - EDI Overview
Itim uses proprietary systems and industry-leading commercial data translation tools to perform automatic conversion of data between formats used by different trading partners. We can accept high volumes of data such as orders and invoices in any format, using any communications method. This is then processed to suit our clients' requirements and forwarded to the receiving party.We already have electronic communications set up with most high-street companies, for both EDI and non-EDI. This makes it easy for us to extend those data exchange facilities so that you can trade with them too.

I am a customer organisation and I wish to gain the economies of electronic document exchange with my suppliers:
- Accept electronic Purchase Orders in my format.
- Send me electronic Catalogue data in my format.
- Send me electronic Invoices in my format.
- Provide online data capture facilities so that, for example, Invoices are submitted in the way I require.
I am a supplier organisation and I need to:
- Trade electronically with supermarkets and other high-street businesses using their exacting standards.
- Receive electronic Purchase Orders from my customers.
- Send electronic Catalogue data to my customers.
- Send electronic Invoices to my customers.
- Raise Invoices on-line for my customers, either from blank or from other documents.
- Produce a file of Invoices to send to customers in either electronic or printed form to suit the customer.
I am an employer/payroll services provider and I need to:
- Send electronic PAYE documents to HMRC.
- Receive electronic PAYE documents from HMRC.
I am a procurement services provider and I wish to:
- Punch Out electronic Purchase Orders to Suppliers.
- Receive electronic Invoices from Suppliers.
- Send electronic Invoices to Customers.
