Tradeledger - EDI Protocols

The Tradeledger EDI data translation service currently supports the following standard communications protocols and data formats for sending and receiving data between the trading partners who use this service. Non-standard or proprietary formats and protocols can be catered for if required.

Transfers can be event-driven (for example when a file is submitted) or schedule-based (for example orders from multiple locations can be picked up at set times and perhaps aggregated prior to onward submission).

Files can be in ASCII or Unicode, and various CR/LF combinations can be accommodated. Where one trading partner is unable to provide in their submitted files all of the data which the other trading partner requires we can help by storing and retrieving the appropriate information on their behalf using lookup tables.
