Allows the user to scan a product and enter the quantity to reorder. On completion of the task the order lines are written back to any open PO’s that have not been sent or creates a new PO in TRS. Final PO is sent using TRS.
Shelf Edge Labels.
Tickets (Shelf Edge Labels) can be requested through the product enquiry. They are then written back to the TRS product ticket print queue where they are printed.
Stocktakes are scheduled and managed in TRS. Stock counts can be entered straight from the app which then returns all open counts for a store. The user selects the count required, a notional zone for the area in the store and scans the products to be counted (either scan each product or scan and enter counted quantity). On completion the count is written back to TRS. Counts can be reviewed by zone within TRS and amended.
When reviewing their shelves, users may find damaged goods, these can be scanned and written off in the app by reason code. Reason codes are downloaded during the initial login.
This app supports all TRS documents that are required to be booked into a store: Purchase orders; ASNs; Inter-store transfers. By selecting the document type and finding the required document, Products are scanned into the app until the full consignment is complete and the app returns a summary detailing overs and unders, which can be reviewed before the process is closed and the document is confirmed
