Shareholder Information

The Company’s issued share capital, as at 28 June 2021, consists of 31,210,607 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 5 pence each.
The Company’s securities are not traded on any exchange or trading platform other than AIM. There are no restrictions on the transfers of any of the AIM securities.
The percentage of securities which are in issue and insofar as the Company is aware are not in public hands is 70.2%.

There are no shares held in Treasury.
