So you want to become a Market Place? Here is how we help you do so.

itim will soon be launching the ‘Itim Hub’ a collaboration portal for Retailers to collaborate with suppliers digitally.

With over 30 retailers using Didos, we have now launched the Didos Portal.

This is a way for retailers to collaborate with suppliers on something very close to their hearts,
THEIR INVOICES, and whether they are going to be paid.

For many years, tim has had an EDI business (EDI Plus), which handles over a £1bn in documents.

But more and more collaboration between suppliers requires both a portal and EDI capabilities.

itim has been developing a series of Portals to enable collaboration on the following areas

All the portals essentially create a ‘TRADE AGREEMENT’ between a retailer and a supplier that allows them to view and share data and documents.

Document exchange

This allows retailers and suppliers to share and exchange Quotes, Purchase Orders, Delivery Notices, Invoices – by entering them through a portal as opposed to using EDI services.

Data Hub

If you want to become a market place and sell products online that your suppliers provide, one of the hindrances to this process is the ability to capture rich product information quickly and easily. The Data Hub allows suppliers to upload a data catalogue and allow any retailers to download product details and digital assets very easily.

Didos Portal

If a retailer uses Itim’s invoice matching product Didos, this allows suppliers to see the status of their invoices, to raise and track queries.

Stock Hub

This allows suppliers to provide ‘consignment stock’ to retailers and allows them to manage stock within a retailers presence through a portal. Essential this portal facilitates a ‘vendor managed inventory’ model for the supplier.

Payments Hub

This allows retailers to pay suppliers using itim’s innovative Block Chain technology platform.
