The key features for a branch manager
With our quick menu options, it’s easier than ever to access the information that matters most and quickly get to where you want to go.
The branch manager can set up and manage all users, vans and routes for their branch.
When dealing with postcodes that have been assigned to a branch but haven’t yet been assigned to a route, simply drag and drop the postcodes into the desired route.
It doesn’t get much easier than that.
Using a calendar view, creating a new route is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
Click on the day and start time, choose the route name and which van & driver you would like, and you are done.
The routes are then displayed like an ‘event’ in your calendar.
You can view all assigned and unassigned orders at a branch. Click on an order to see more about the order along with details of the products in the order. You can even change the route the order is assigned to.
In addition, you can view all orders that have been assigned to a route. Simply swipe to quickly transfer an order to a new route or unassign the order.
The key features for a driver
The driver can pick up the routes and orders, for delivery using google maps.
The drivers know their routes the best, so we have included an intuitive drag to redorder feature. Allowing drivers to sort their route in an optimal order.
Once a delivery is completed, the swipe feature allows them to quickly mark deliveries as delivered.
